You will download the document and should be able to view/print it from your own computer. Please pay by check or money order. SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: As of January 2001, international postal shipping calculations became very complex. It is thus impossible to give standard shipping rates for your orders. Please indicate which items you wish to order and we will figure your shipping costs. We will then contact you either by phone, fax or e-mail (please indicate your desired method of contact) to confirm your approval of total costs and arrange for payment prior to shipping. Please indicate whether you desire SURFACE or AIR MAIL shipment. Please be advised that SURFACE MAIL is expensive and AIR MAIL will be VERY expensive.
