E-mail me your form and wait for a call to give your credit card number. DO NOT SEND YOUR CARD NUMBER OVER THE INTERNET, as there is no encryption device here to insure its secure transmission.

Shipping and handling charges:

Individual orders are shipped via media mail unless otherwise requested. Shipping must be figured for each order. To figure shipping, add up the weights of each item and click here to see the calculation page. All other methods of shipping will be figured at the office. Large orders and those that require faster shipping are usually shipped via UPS. Call for options.

INTERNATIONAL AIR POST is now the only option for postal delivery outside the US. We will inform you of the shipping charges.
